30 Day Limited Exchange & Return Policy

In the unfortunate and unexpected event that the items you purchased online were not what you expected, or are damaged or defective, contact us at 1-855-723-3321 and request a return. A Guest Service Representative will promptly reply with instructions to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible. You may return an item purchased from Reliable Two Way, LLC within Thirty (30) days of receipt of sale. As an added measure of service, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the return is due to defective merchandise. Please note, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be charged for returns of merchandise ordered online. Returned products must be in unused condition, in the original packaging and contain all accessories, paperwork and parts to ensure your account is correctly credited.

In the event that the product you ordered was incorrect and you’d like to exchange it, we will gladly accept your return and exchange it for the proper equipment and/or accessory. In the event that the item you return has a lesser cost than the product you need, your invoice will be modified to the correct amount and the additional cost will be applied. In the event that the original item has a greater cost, the difference will be refunded to the original method of payment unless a RTW Credit is requested.
